SOME GOOD NEWS FOR WINEHOUSE

Finally, some good news for Amy Winehouse!

Scotland Yard has decided to drop Wino from the conspiracy to pervert the course of justice case involving her husband, the incarcerated Blake Fielder-Civil.

She was arrested 'by appointment' in December and voluntarily took part in police questioning.

A spokesman for the Wino said: “Amy is pleased to be discounted from the investigation and thanks the police for their professionalism in their dealings with her.”

Also, speculation from early in the week was confirmed today. Ame's hubby was in a London court Friday facing those conspiracy to pervert the course of justice charges.

BUT the Grammy girl was not there standing by her man!

Many thought that she begged out of her scheduled Norwegian court appearance so she could be in London to support her Blake. She put on quite the show of support the last time the enabler was in front of the judge. During Fielder-Civil's November hearing the Winehouse blew kisses and mouthed, “I love you,” to him in the court room.

According to Winehouse's people, she did not attend because she is on her way to Paris today to perform at a party for fashion designer Louis Vuitton.

Really?

Paris is only two hours away from London on the EuroStar! Couldn't she have squeezed in the court appearance if she really wanted to?

Fielder-Civil pleaded not guilty and will remain in lock down at least until his next hearing on April 25th.

He's been in prison since November.

Have fun in Paris, Amy. Blake will have fun in jail!
